The information we collect is intended to help us improve the content of our site, to provide you with accurate information about our activities and give you the ability to pay for membership fees and/or products or services online. All sales are final for our code books. There are no refunds for membership dues, seminars, webinars, CEU classes or other CLCID events or products. Memberships and webinars are non-transferable.
When you purchase online at CLCID your personal information will be protected via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). You will receive an email confirmation/receipt of your purchase.
In the event you purchased an item in error (or accidentally duplicated a purchase) you are required to contact CLCID immediately and no later than 24 hours by email to have the transaction credited back to your account. You must receive an email confirmation from CLCID acknowledging your error; otherwise CLCID bears no responsibility to credit your account.
Change of Terms
Upon written request via U.S. postal mail, we will provide site visitors with access to a description of information that we maintain about them.
